Job Description: Production Technician

We are currently seeking a Production Technician to join our team in the Rushville IN area. As a Production Technician, you will play a key role in the manufacturing process, ensuring the efficient and smooth operation of our production line. Your responsibilities will include operating machinery, monitoring production processes, conducting quality checks, and maintaining a safe working environment.

Responsibilities:

• Operate production machinery and equipment according to established procedures and safety guidelines.

• Monitor production processes to ensure they are running smoothly and efficiently.

• Conduct regular quality checks to ensure products meet specified standards.

• Troubleshoot and resolve minor technical issues that may arise during production.

• Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of machinery to ensure optimal performance.

• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area.

• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production targets and deadlines.

• Document production data and maintain accurate records of production activities.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment is preferred.

• Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to operate machinery effectively.

• Attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality products.

• Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team.

• Farming or cropping experience is a plus.

• Excellent organizational and time management skills.

• Safety-conscious mindset and adherence to safety protocols.

• Physical stamina to perform manual tasks and lift up to 50 pounds occasionally.

• Flexibility to work shifts and overtime as needed.
