You will:
Lead discussions with IT Portfolio Managers and Product Owners to drive functional requirements for new and existing systems and Micro Applications
Lead and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and Post Production testing, creating functional scripts, and performing and managing system testing with Product Owners and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs)
Develop White Papers and Points of View (POV) to effectively communicate perspectives on how to roll out systems and applications to field users
Meet with field users to glean system requirements, document current and future workflows, and present potential solutions to clients
Collaborate directly with clients, developers, and project leadership daily to support agile deployment methodology throughout the System Development Lifecyle (SDLC)
Create Application rollout plans and support user adoption through field visits, live system demonstrations, and collaboration with training counterpart
Manage client relationships, communicate effectively to project leadership and across team members, and provide daily/weekly status updates accordingly

The GPS Strategy offering leads strategic planning & portfolio management and reporting & monitoring workstreams. This includes day-to-day client interaction and leads to the creation of relevant resources and materials (such as strategic plans, roadmaps, etc.) and work products (such as development of performance metrics, tracking dashboards, etc.) in order to successfully implement client vision.
Qualifications Required:
Bachelor's degree Required
Eligibility to obtain US Secret or above security clearance
5+ years of experience in business analysis or a related field, including strong requirements elicitation, gathering, and writing (documentation within Jira) background
5+ years pf Process Engineering experience, preferably with Visio
5+ years of experience with MS Microsoft products (Teams, Word, Visio)
5+ years of experience supporting data and system integration initiatives as well as user adoption and development of Micro Applications
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
Preferred:
Strong technical comprehension
Experience working independently with minimal guidance
Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills with experience exercising mature judgment
Proven experience effectively prioritizing workload to meet deadlines and work objectives
Demonstrated ability to write clearly, succinctly, and in a manner that appeals to a wide audience
Understanding of the immigration lifecycle
Technical understanding of data models and architecture
