Deloitte HR Workforce Data Analytics Consultant with TS/SCI Polygraph Clearance in Rosslyn, Virginia

Work you'll do

  • Assist with the development, collection, analysis, and reporting of data

  • Translate data analysis findings and research principles into written documents

  • Wrangle and transform data through the use of databases, spreadsheets, and queries

  • Serve as domain knowledgeable resource in advising Deloitte team and client on tools and techniques to improve the development, collection, analysis, and reporting of information

  • Identify opportunities for efficiencies in work process and innovative approaches to completing scope of work

  • Participate in team problem solving efforts and offer ideas to solve client issues

  • Conduct relevant research, data analysis, and create reports

  • Maintain responsibility for completion and accuracy of work products

  • Assist in proposal development, as requested

  • Actively expand consulting skills and professional development through training courses, mentoring, and daily interaction with clients

  • Develop reports and/or dashboards and queries against enterprise level systems to answer key human capital questions

  • Utilize an analytics platform to develop tools and visualizations to help client leadership make data-driven decisions

Qualifications

Required:

  • Bachelor's degree required

  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future

  • Active TS/SCI with Polygraph security clearance required

  • Strong analytical skills (use of Microsoft Excel, Macros and/or Access to analyze data)

  • Statistical analysis experience (use of statistical software such as SPSS, SAS, Stata, MATLAB, R)

  • Visualization Experience (Tableau, PowerBI, Qlik, etc.)

  • Strong presentation development and writing skills (e.g., proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint and Word)

  • Strong written and oral skills required

  • Experience in one of the following areas: Statistical Analysis, Quantitative Data Analysis/Reporting, Database Querying
