Responsibilities

• 3-5 years in manufacturing environment with supervisory experience

• This is a floor-level position that will require being hands on with the day to day production operations

• Knowledge of traditional metal shop and basic assembly processes and/or strong willingness to learn

• Comfortable working under pressure to manage production schedules in order to meet required deadlines.

• Competencies in project management with good organizational and problem solving skills.

• Familiarity of basic purchasing, warehouse, and inventory roles as they relate to direct production schedules.

• Conduct inspections of finished products to ensure compliance with customer specifications and industry standards.

• Identify bottlenecks, delays, or inefficiencies and implement corrective actions to optimize production efficiency and minimize downtime.

• Bi Lingual English and Spanish a plus
