Job Title: Entry Level Maintenance Technician

Job Description

• We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team

• This role involves performing mechanical and electrical maintenance on machines responsible for packaging bottles of chemicals

• Their is a opening on 1st and 2nd shift, with training provided on the 1st shift for both

• The role is predominantly mechanical, with some electrical maintenance duties

Responsibilities

• Perform mechanical maintenance on palletizers, conveyors, droppers, and other packaging machines

• Conduct electrical maintenance, including working with pneumatics, motors (up to 3-phase), and wiring up to 480v

• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical systems, including conveyors, hydraulics, and air-driven pumps

• Perform preventative maintenance on conveyor and pneumatic systems

• Work alongside other technicians during shifts to ensure smooth production operations

• Potentially perform welding tasks (MIG, TIG, and stick) and fabrication as needed

Essential Skills

• At least 1 year of industrial plant mechanical maintenance experience

• Ability to troubleshoot, repair, maintain, and perform preventative maintenance on conveyor systems and pneumatic systems

• Strong mechanical skills, particularly with conveyors, hydraulics, and air-driven pumps

• Basic electrical skills, including working with pneumatics, motors (up to 3-phase), and wiring up to 480v

• Capability to work with hand tools and own a basic set of maintenance tools (wrenches, screwdrivers, hammers, channel locks, multimeters)

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00
