JOB SUMMARY:
[We are seeking a motivated self-starter to join our landscaping team. While experience is a plus, it is not required as we are willing to train the right individual. This role primarily involves mowing, but there will also be opportunities to participate in other landscaping tasks such as cleanups, mulching, and shrub trimming. IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL:
- Perform mowing and basic landscaping tasks with attention to detail and quality.
- Assist with landscape cleanups, mulching, and shrub trimming.
- Maintain and operate equipment safely and effectively.
- Complete additional tasks as required to maintain and enhance client properties.
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.
- Adhere to company standards and safety protocols.
