Job Details Responsibilities: Set up and prepare rooms for surgical procedures, scrub in on cases and perform counts. Clean rooms and instruments, restock supplies in OR and LDR areas. Assist in positioning, prepping and draping of patients for the procedure. Must be able to assist patients with activities of daily living (ADLs), provide basic nursing care to patients, performs EKG and phlebotomy and assist in maintenance of a safe and clean environment under the direction and supervision of the Registered Nurse in charge of the team and/or unit. Ability to transfer patients to other units and run errands, especially to pharmacy and the lab, are also required. Qualifications: High School Graduate or equivalent Completion of OR/Surgical Technician program. Certified as Surgical Tech Minimum of one year related experience. Salary Range USD $37.00 - USD $43.00 /Hr. The salary range or rate listed does not include any differential pay or other forms of compensation that may be applicable to this job and it does not include the value of benefits.
