Description We are seeking a meticulous Data Entry Clerk to join our team in Rochester, New York. The role involves acquiring, inputting, and organizing data from customers within the truck leasing industry. This role offers a contract to hire employment opportunity.

Responsibilities:

• Obtain and process trip reports and mileage data from customers

• Accurately input customer data into the relevant software systems

• Regularly communicate with customers to gather necessary information

• Manage and keep customer records up-to-date

• Handle different types of forms based on specific customer requirements

• Use the Enrich software system and the customers' telematic software to conduct tasks

• Respond to customer inquiries related to data input and report generation

• Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate actions as needed

• Organize files and ensure that all data is stored securely

• Demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word for various tasks Requirements • Demonstrated proficiency in 10 Key Skills

• Proven Customer Service abilities

• Experience in Data Entry

• Proficient in Email Correspondence

• Skilled in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word

• Experience in Organizing Files

• Ability to Perform Calculations

• Experience in Scanning documents

• Proficient in Typing with high accuracy and speed
