SUMMARY: As an Access Associate, you will be responsible for many administrative support duties, such as supporting a team of over 20 Nurses, PT and SW. Strong communications skills needed both written and spoken. Work with many different computer programs and phone systems. Some medical terminology knowledge a plus.

DEPARTMENT: Homecare Coordination

SCHEDULE: Days

ATTRIBUTES

• 2 year degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience preferred.
  
• Intermediate computer skills
  
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
  

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Customer Service. Manage communication with provider offices and multidisciplinary teams within the health system.
  
• Clerical Skills: Input information into multiple different systems that we use throughout our daily workflow. Written and Verbal/Telephone communication required for all aspects of job.
  

PAY SUMMARY:
The listed base pay range is a good faith representation of current potential base pay for a successful full time applicant. It may be modified in the future and eligible for additional pay components. Pay is determined by factors including experience, relevant qualifications, specialty, internal equity, location, and contracts.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: S - Sedentary Work - Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally Sedentary work involves sitting most of the time, but may involve walking or standing for brief periods of time. Jobs are sedentary if walking and standing are required only occasionally and all other sedentary criteria are met.

PAY RANGE: $17.25 - $18.90
