Description

A successful and well-respected organization that will recognize your efforts is working with Robert Half to find a talented Accounting Manager. This role's duties will require leading daily operations, such as maintaining company accounting policies, ensuring GAAP compliance, preparing monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements, and assisting with regulatory reporting. You will succeed in this position if you have the ability to create and monitor the company's accounting and finance operations. Requirements

• Technical accounting experience

• 7+ years of recent relevant financial experience

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or equivalent degree and/or experience

• Working knowledge of enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems is valuable

• Creative problem solver who anticipates risks and opportunities and maintains a vision for continuous improvement

• Solid technical skills

• Advanced credentials such as a Masters of Business Administration / MBA or Certified Public Accountant / CPA are preferred

-Knowledge of US GAAP and SEC regulations
