Parsons Corporation Project Manager - Rail in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia

Job Description:

Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Project Manager - Construction to join our team! In this role you will get to be part of the team to manage a significant railway project in Riyadh.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Managing the delivery of contractors

  • Regular reporting to and close liaison with the client

  • Ensuring relevant interfacing is being delivered across all stakeholders

  • Demonstrating continued assurance of the project

  • Management of and working closely with the site supervision consultant

  • Management of and working closely with the design & engineering management consultant

  • Support all interfacing and stakeholder management

  • Ensuring relevant integration is adequately addressed and delivered

  • Review and sign off on contractor documentation

What Required Skills You'll Bring:

  • Bachelors Degree in Engineering or equivalent

  • At least 9 years experience

  • Experience in delivering railway and buildings/property development construction

  • Understanding of how to deliver railways and buildings/property development including acceptance by authorities having jurisdiction

  • Ability to agree and approve contractor outputs in consultation with the team

  • Close scrutiny of all HSE matters

  • Flexible approach

  • Understanding of the verification and validation process

  • Understanding of installation, testing and commissioning in a railway and building/property development environment

  • Methodical approach to delivery
