Job Description:

Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented HR Assistant to join our team!

As HR Assistant, you will be focusing on business needs and providing Human Resource assistance to managers and employees, reporting to the Senior Human Resources Manager.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Assist with on boarding, orientation, and evaluation of new employees.

• Prepare and process Employees contracts and other related documents.

• Prepare and update different types of human resource trackers and reports such as mobilization, demobilization, emergency contact list, directories.

• Filing and archiving human resource documents.

• Assist employees in their daily requests

• Support in administrative tasks

What Required Skills You'll Bring:

• A bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Human Resources, Business Administration or other subject

• Exposure working within Human Resources.

• Excellent interpersonal skills

• Excellent spoken and written Arabic and English language skills with the ability to communicate effectively at a high level.

• Intermediate computer skills with experience using MS Office (Word, Excel, and Power Point).

• Ability to work to deadlines.
