Job Description Summary This position properly operates Industrial Boiler and Refrigeration systems as well as performs repairs and maintenance on that equipment in the plant or office facilities, or on machines and other related equipment. Typically performs work in one or more of the maintenance trades: carpentry, plumbing, painting, machine and equipment repair, electrical, sheet metal fabrication, and welding. Conducts routine, periodic or special inspections to determine repair and maintenance work necessary to prevent breakdowns of facilities, machinery, and equipment. Uses hand and power tools. Tests, inspects, troubleshoots, and repairs machines and equipment. Job Description The following requirements must be met in order to move from any level: * Have an acceptable record with the company for safety, attendance, and have no disciplinary actions on file. Date Verified * Must be able to utilize SAP for any maintenance requirements including: writing a Work Order, Adding comments to Work Orders, looking up spare parts and bill of materials. Date Verified * Averages a PM completion rate of 90% year to date. Date Verified * Average A critical PM completion of 98% year to date. Date verified * Actively writes adequate notifications for items observed needing attention. Date Verified * Current on all LOTO validations, Safety trainings and required certifications.
