SALARY : $100,000-$118,750, bonus and long-term incentive eligible

ROLE SUMMARY:

This role performs critical Planning and Performance Management (PPM) activities to support the Pacific Northwest division. You will assist with both long-term and short-term planning for the business, including: long term business planning and annual operating budgets, and monthly forecasting.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• This role performs critical Planning and Performance Management (PPM) activities to support the Pacific Northwest division.

• You will assist with both long-term and short-term planning for the business, including: long term business planning and annual operating budgets, and monthly forecasting.

• Build and Manage the PowerBI suite of the PACNW and own the strategic direction of the platform and tools

• Complete analysis on division performance of key KPIs and develop action plans to address gaps, set internal objectives and work closely with management to ensure alignment.

• Support Finance Director, Sr. Sales & Marketing Director, and General Manager in monthly PR, MPR, 1YP, and 3YP builds.

• Provide Sales Management with reports and insights outlining both historical performance and upcoming expectations for sales execution.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor's degree (emphasis in business/marketing/finance/engineering or related field), or equivalent industry experience

• General business acumen and understanding of performance levers affecting financial statements

• Self-starter with eagerness to learn new topics and develop expertise.

• Very strong Excel & Power point skills

• 2-3 years relevant experience in the beverage or consumer packaged goods industry

• Strong communication, follow-up, organizational, and presentation skills.

• Familiarity with syndicated data, software, and measures
