Responsibilities
As a Product Tester IV at International Game Technology, you will be responsible for ensuring our electronic gaming machines meet the highest standards of functionality, quality, and regulatory compliance. This position encompasses comprehensive testing, troubleshooting, and maintaining production efficiency across various product lines. Additionally, you will play a key role in training and supporting the development of our team members.
Perform functional testing of all machines on the line to ensure compliance, compatibility, and accurate operation.
Test sub assembly and machine functions on multiple products, verifying product functionality, quality, and compliance with gaming regulations.
Utilize and maintain tools and equipment including coins, tokens, currency, and player tracking cards and verify information and document discrepancies.
Troubleshoot problems by identify defects and execute appropriate fixes and maintain expected rate of output.
Train and follow up on new and existing employees.
Qualifications
High School diploma or GED equivalent required, or relevant experience in a similar role
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in manufacturing assembly processes
Must be at least 21 years old
Basic understanding of gaming industry regulations related to assigned duties
Basic proficiency with relevant ERP tools
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Effective presentation skills in one-on-one and small group settings, including to management.
Ability to add, subtract, count, and measure accurately
Familiarity with regulatory and jurisdictional requirements, materials management, and production processes
Proficiency in using small hand tools
Ability to maintain an active presence – standing, walking, sitting, bending, and lifting – throughout entirety of shift
Capable of lifting and maneuvering a minimum of 50 pounds safely
Willingness to work overtime as required
Consistent and reliable attendance
Ability to obtain a Nevada Gaming Card
Ability to pass a background security check

At IGT, we consider a wide range of factors in determining compensation, including background, skills, experience, and work location. These factors can cause your compensation to vary. The estimated starting compensation range is $21/hr - $22/hr. The actual pay offered may end up being higher or lower. The Company will comply with all local pay requirements and collective bargaining agreements, where applicable.
Base pay is only one part of our Total Rewards program. Sales roles may be eligible for commission payments, while other roles are eligible for discretionary bonuses .
