As a senior member of the Digital Promotions team within the Brand & Customer Marketing group, the Senior Strategy Manager, Web will play a vital role in building, managing and optimizing the digital journey in marketing efforts for the TELUS Agriculture & Consumer Goods portfolio of services. Your responsibilities will include:

  • The successful candidate will own the ongoing development, management and optimization of our website and digital customer journey

  • They will work collaboratively with the marketing operations lead and customer and content marketing leads to build truly exceptional content and a customer journey that delights visitors and drives conversion

  • This role will be responsible for maintaining and updating the site, working closely with our digital and media agency partners to execute on long-term plans

  • The successful candidate will play a significant role in weekly measurement of digital KPI's, identifying key patterns & insights, and recommending action plans

  • Along with the Manager, Digital Promotions, Director, Marketing and other internal stakeholders, the successful candidate will help drive the evolution of the overall digital customer experience including self-service and ecommerce

  • This role will also be responsible for supporting the integration of newly acquired solutions and brands into a unified external presence and internal process

You're the missing puzzle piece:

  • Seven+ years of experience working with web solutions in an user experience, product owner, analytics, and project management capacity

  • Exceptionally strong analytics and reporting skills - familiarity with GA2 is a must, familiarity with Adobe considered an asset

  • Proven track record of translating KPI's to insights and action plans for varying levels of stakeholders

  • Strong understanding of best in class user experience practices

  • Experience working with various CMS, analytics and marketing automation tools

  • Proven track record of driving results working in an environment with a high degree of autonomy

  • Exceptionally strong analytical and project management skills

  • Proven ability to handle the stress of client expectations

  • Must be comfortable with autonomy, able to manage multiple stakeholders and projects with extreme attention to detail and organisation

  • A collaborator who can work cross-functionally – role requires substantial relationship management

  • Strong business acumen with an ability to evaluate ideas against business needs and success criteria

  • Ability to simplify complex issues and proven track record of developing highly effective executive communications

Job Information:

Location - North Carolina/Remote

Employment Type - Full Time

US Base Salary Range - $100K - $150 K USD

Bonus/Commissions - Eligible for a performance-based bonus of 15%

Actual total compensation will be determined based on factors such as knowledge, skills, performance and experience. In addition, we offer rewarding benefits, which may vary per job function, such as:
