Location:
Clearsulting is headquartered in Cleveland, OH, with additional offices located in Chicago, IL; Columbus, OH; and Dallas, TX. Other cities are also welcome remotely.
Office Options: Hybrid or Remote. For team members residing within a 45-minute commuting radius of a Clearsulting office, we expect 8 days of in-person work per month, allowing flexibility in choosing these days to accommodate client meetings, team syncs, and individual schedules.
Travel Requirements: Up to 10%

What You'll Do:
Develop innovative uses of Kyriba (e.g., API adoption, custom dashboards) and disseminate knowledge internally
Liaise between Kyriba and Clearsulting, working with Kyriba Product to suggest new ideas, Kyriba Support to resolve issues, and Kyriba Account Management and Sales Executives to drive new business
Assist in trainings and ensure quality of delivery and all deliverables
Provide coaching and mentorship to the Treasury Team's analysts
Showcase effective organizational skills and ability to effectively manage multiple and competing priorities
Kyriba certifications and prior implementation of Kyriba
Ability to maintain and enhance the Clearsulting culture – build meaningful relationships with clients and colleagues and demonstrate the Clearsulting Core Values each day
What You'll Bring:
2+ years in professional services in a delivery role
Strong project management experience including workplan creation and updates, milestone tracking, risk management, status updates, change management, engagement economics (profitability), and communications
Excellent written and verbal communication skills; can clearly convey complex business concepts to project stakeholders
Effective organizational skills and ability to manage multiple and competing priorities
Nice-to-Haves:
Experience leading trainings and ensuring quality of delivery and all deliverables, including process documentation and UAT scripts
Demonstrate ability to manage people, develop teams, and coach more junior team members
