Salary Range: $55k – $85k

Overview:

INTECON, LLC invites applications from dynamic and aspiring Junior Project Analysts to support the pivotal operations to the Defense Counterintelligence and Security Agency (DCSA) Strategic Plan. This role is tailored for an individual eager to embark on a professional journey by providing analytical support that plays a critical role in advancing DCSA's strategic directives. You will assist in facilitating initiatives that resonate with the DCSA Strategic Plan, notably in Organization Design and Realignment Support, Workforce and Workplace Studies, in addition to rendering project management aid.

Key Responsibilities:

Organization Design and Realignment Support:

  • Supporting the analysis of organizational structures to underpin recommendations for enhancements aligned with strategic goals.

  • Assisting in the facilitation of meetings and activities geared towards organizational development and change.

Workforce and Workplace Studies:

  • Participating in research and studies focused on optimizing agency processes, workforce efficiency, and workplace dynamics.

  • Helping to implement change management strategies to facilitate smooth transitions within the organization.

Project Management Support Activities:

  • Aiding in the coordination of crucial agency meetings, including the preparation of briefing materials and logistical planning.

  • Contributing to the collaborative efforts among team members to ensure project and meeting success.

Program Strategy Support:

  • Supporting the planning and execution of cross-mission integration projects, ensuring they are in line with the agency's strategic ambitions.

  • Engaging in the collection and analysis of data to bolster project strategies and initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree required; Will consider:

  • position related trainings and certificates in-lieu of a degree.

  • additional four (4) years of experience in-lieu of a degree.

  • Minimum of One (1+) years of experience in Project Analysis, Project Support, or related field.

  • Ability to perform functional duties independently.

  • Demonstrated ability to contribute within a team setting and possess a proactive approach to problem-solving.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Eagerness to learn and grow in a supportive and dynamic environment.
