We are currently partnering with a thriving company in search of a Junior Analyst to join their team!

Plan to Placement:

• RH Excel Assessment (Basic): Initial assessment to evaluate Excel proficiency.

• 1st Round: Video call with the hiring manager to discuss qualifications and fit.

• 2nd Round: Video call with other accounting team members (if necessary).

• 3rd Round: In-person interview with the Regional AMG or Regional Controller, including a 2-hour Excel assessment.

• Offer: Successful candidates will receive a competitive offer based on their skills and experience.

  Requirements

Required:

• Personality with excellent communication skills.

• Adaptability to change.

• Proficiency in Excel (lookups, pivot tables, sumifs, etc.).

Nice-to-Have:

• Hospitality experience (preferred).

• Accounts Receivable/Billing experience.
