Fort Hays Mount Rushmore Tours Reservation Staff in RAPID CITY, South Dakota
Do you like to make a good first impression? Would you like to work in a fun summer job? We are seeking new members to our Reservations Staff. From their arrival to departure and throughout their stay, you will play a key role in ensuring tourists have the very best experience. Helpful, presentable and courteous, you will use your knowledge of local tourist attractions, businesses and venues to assist guests with their inquiries and enhance their visit to the Black Hills.
Duties:
- To greet tourists at the front desk located in our Headquarters building
- To check in tourists for bus tours and our supper and show
- To greet all visitors in a warm and friendly manner
- To ensure the front desk area is clean, tidy and the best possible presentation to tourists
- To answer the telephone in a competent and professional manner
