The Role of Business Development Team Lead:

As our Business Development Team Lead, you'll be pivotal in boosting awareness and interest in Property Meld. This dual role requires you to lead by example, directly contributing to our outreach efforts through outbound calls and steering a dedicated team of 5-7 Business Development Representatives (BDRs).

You'll embody our brand's values and drive to alleviate the industry's biggest challenge: maintenance coordination. Your leadership will ensure your team exceeds its targets, contributing to our collective success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and motivate a sub-team of 5-7 BDRs towards exceeding their individual targets, while actively making outbound calls to contribute to the team's overall performance.

  • Foster a culture of GRIT, AMBITION, EXTREME OWNERSHIP, effective COMMUNICATION, and HUMILITY.

  • Ensure high team morale and motivation, leading to superior execution of business strategies.

  • Utilize HubSpot, our chosen CRM, to manage communications and maintain relationships with leads, driving forward our company's revenue goals.

This role uniquely combines leadership with active individual contribution. As a Team Lead, you will not only guide your team's strategic direction but also roll up your sleeves to make outbound calls, directly impacting our growth and success.

While the focus is on leading your team to excellence, your personal contributions through HubSpot will be critical to our shared objectives.

A Day in the Life:

  • Engage directly in outbound calling and lead generation activities, alongside managing your team's efforts.

  • Develop innovative strategies with your team to effectively target our market and achieve goals.

  • Leverage HubSpot for CRM activities, ensuring a seamless flow of communication with prospects.

  • Drive motivational initiatives to maintain high team morale and commitment to our targets.

What We Offer:

  • Competitive salary range of $75,000-$105,000 annually with a combination of base salary + commission structure. There is no cap to your earning potential!
