Our prestigious client in Rancho Santa Fe is in search of detail-oriented Accounting Clerk to bolster their finance team’s capacity. This role is a brilliant opportunity for numbers-oriented individuals who appreciate a meticulous work environment and are seeking consistent career growth.

Responsibilities:

• Handle multiple accounting tasks, including invoice processing, expense report handling, and transaction recording.

• Provide accounting and clerical support to finance department.

• Assist with the maintenance of financial records and extraction of information.

• Ensure all accounting procedures follow company regulations and accepted accounting principles.

  Requirements

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, or relevant field.

• Proven experience as an Accounting Clerk.

• Strong understanding of accountancy and bookkeeping.

• Excellent organizational skills.

• Proficient in MS Office and knowledge of relevant accounting software.
