Job Description

What you will do:

As a Manufacturing Leader in Production, you will provide technical leadership and guide your teams toward the successful execution of manufacturing processes. Develop new processes, standards, or operational plans in support of the organization's business strategies with a direct impact on business and/or function overall results. Influence others within the organization to accept new concepts, practices, and approaches. Work may include identifying problems, updating or modifying working methods that may be complex in their work area without the benefit of defined procedures while promoting GM's values and makes customer-focused decisions.

Additional Job Description

Candidate must have experience and knowledge about Stamping processes, steel and aluminum stamping, die and press operation 1500-2000 Ton. Stamping Measurement systems, Machining processes, Tool design, Welding processes, Quality Systems, Production & Materials systems, Inventories control, Budget control and development, Monitoring systems, production control´s processes.

Skills: Teamwork, Learning on the fly, Dealing with ambiguity.

Competencies: Leadership, Results driven, work under pressure, safety & customer oriented,

Education: Master’s degree- Engineering sciences. English Proficient.

Supervisory: Direct reports to Area Manager

Position type: Full time on site

+5 years in a similar role as Stamping Manager
