Warehouse Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Supervise Warehouse Staff.

• Supervise the proper Receiving and Shipping procedures in Oracle and/or other Systems.

• Coordinates with IMP/EX & Internal Carriers Shipping activities to all/from sites and DC.

• Ensure on time delivery of FG to the Customers and other sites.

• Issues Interplant material shipments as required.

• Ensures 99% Inventory Accuracy of Site thru best practices and root cause analysis.

• Supervise Warehouse Staff.

• Problem Solving related to daily system challenges.

• Monitors Forklift and Electronic Equipment tools to ensure optimal conditions.

• Ensures the proper application of Scanning Methods to Meet 99% Warehouse Accuracy.

• Coordinate the Operations within multiple Copeland locations.

• Coordinates Cycle Counting Program.

• Supports Continuous Improvement in material handling and inventory accuracy.

• Use of the Best Practices, Company’s Policies and Teamwork Environment.

Required Basic Skills

• 3 years' bachelor's degree or Equivalent Experience

• 3 - 5 years' experience in the Maquiladora Environment

• 70-80% English

Preferred

• Experience in Staff Managing

• Experience with Warehousing, Inventories & Supply Chain Flow

• Oracle Experience Preferred

• Excel proficiency
