Bohler Engineering Sr. Project Engineer, Construction Administration in Raleigh, North Carolina

Our Raleigh office is looking for a Sr. Project Engineer, Construction Administration who embodies this purpose.
We have a Technical Resource Group that works closely with our project teams to maintain alignment with CAD standards, QA/QC, workflow, technical training, onboarding, overall engineering and construction administration oversight.
Responsibilities:
Provide construction related support and expertise to design teams and clients.
Act as the liaison between construction and design
Work directly with and become POC for contractors
Perform the following construction related services:
Review and respond to RFIs
Shop Drawings and submittal review
Site visits and observations
Precon and course of construction meeting attendance
Utility coordination
Permit coordination
Punch lists
Qualifications:
Bachelor's or Masters’ Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or related fields
4+ years of construction management or land development design experience
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational skills and able to manage many projects at the same time
Ability to solve problems using sound professional judgment, creativity and innovation
Takes initiative on tasks and in coordinating with other members of the design team
Ability to effectively discuss project issues with clients and reviewing agencies
