Park Attendant - Racine, WI

part-time, working up to 25 hours/week

Seasonal position, May - Labor Day

Looking for a fun summer job? HealthFitness is looking for Park Attendants to join the team at our corporate client site's Reception Center located in Racine, WI. In this position, you will be responsible for providing customer service in the reception center. You will perform basic transactions including mini golf, driving range, and picnic site reservations. You will inspect outdoor facilities on a daily basis including opening and closing procedures.

What you'll be doing

• Operate services of mini-golf course, driving range and picnic reservations.

• Inspect and clean outdoor facilities/ equipment on a daily basis including opening and closing procedures.

• Perform basic computer tasks, such as transactions, registrations, and misc.

• Perform semi-skilled grounds labor, construction and maintenance.

• Recognize and respond to an emergency within the boundaries of the Park.

• Welcome, greet and provide assistance to patrons while ensuring their safety.

• Use of vehicles: golf carts, utility carts.

What you'll need to have

• Must be at least 16 years of age and have a valid driver's license.

• Must successfully pass a driving record check.

• Adult CPR/AED/First Aid certification from American Red Cross, American Heart Association or American Safety & Health Institute required within 30 days of hire.

• Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds without assistance.

• Ability to navigate electronic onboarding and timecard systems required.

• Applicants must meet hiring requirements including but not limited to pre-employment drug test.
