Apply now to help make a difference! The Kitchen Aide assists the Child Nutrition Manager in assuring that daily meals are prepared and served according to USDA-CACFP guidelines. About the role: Assists Child Nutrition Manager in preparing and serving healthy meals and snacks to children. Assists with the unloading and storing of food deliveries. Performs dishwashing and cleaning duties accordingly. Serves as a substitute for preparing and serving meals in the absence of Child Nutrition Manager. Ensures Child and Adult Care Food Program (USDA-CACFP) regulations and Salvation Army Safe from Harm guidelines are followed and maintained. Education: High School Diploma or equivalent Experience: Previous kitchen experience. Certifications: Wisconsin Food Handling Certification (Safe SERV) Have CPR and FA certification or be able to complete course. Valid Wisconsin driver\'s license with approval to drive from TSA\'s insurance carrier. The Salvation Army is an equal opportunity employer.
