This is a full-time, 12-month, non-exempt position that reports to the Dean of Transfer and Academic Supports as well as the Dean of Career, Technical, and Workforce Education and is located on the JWCC campus in Quincy, Illinois. Position begins immediately.
The Administrative Assistant to the Academic Deans serves as the main liaison for the academic deans, engaging with students, faculty, parents, college staff, and external contacts. This role entails offering clerical assistance to the Dean(s) and faculty, assisting in managing college affairs, and ensuring adherence to the college policies and procedures.
