Role Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for providing excellent quality customer service and ensuring that this is delivered to our customers through attending to correspondences.

  • You will be responsible for ensuring compliance with company systems, processes, and procedures, and provide professional first contact resolution of requests and escalations.

  • Candidate must manage offline cases from different intake channels WU.com- Email/Webform, Chat WU.com, Agent webform and other applicable methods. Provide and apply accurate resolution following the standard procedures and service levels.

Role Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.

  • Has strong verbal, written and listening skills.

  • Able to multitask.

  • Detail oriented.
