Belle Terrace Registered Nurse Supervisor in Quakertown, Pennsylvania
Belle Terrace is now under new management and currently seeking a highly qualified Weekend RN Supervisor to join our growing healthcare team to supervise the 3-11 shift EVERY SATURDAY AND SUNDAY. You will earn 25% above your base rate for all weekend hours worked! The Weekend RN Supervisor is a vitality specialist that helps change the lives of patients and residents each day. You are responsible for providing a full range of nursing care in an interdisciplinary environment including:
Providing clinical oversight of the nursing unit
Rendering a combination of administrative and bedside care
Facilitating the implementation of the care delivery model and processes
Coordinating with other departments
Supporting clinical Leadership and Education
Fostering quality Improvement
REQUIREMENTS:
A RN graduate of an accredited school of nursing, college or university
Current RN licensure by the State Board of Nursing
Minimum of three years full-time or equivalent clinical experience preferred
Minimum of two years of clinical experience in long-term care preferred
