BARC Developmental Services Production Coach in Quakertown, Pennsylvania
The Production Coach duties include training, support and supervision of workers in a workshop program serving adults with developmental disabilities. Responsibilities include: production activities and monitoring; quality control procedures; paperwork completion; program input and documentation; staff and worker safety; direct care and counseling. The Production Coach assists workers in attaining better work skills and acts as a role model in dress and conduct.
The workshop is located in Quakertown.
The hours are Monday through Friday 8:30 am to 4:30 pm. Salary ranges per hour depending on experience.

Qualifications:
- Ability to learn approved safety techniques and provide physical assistance to individuals supported.
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least twenty-one years of age with valid driver's license and good driving record
- Experience with persons having developmental disabilities and/or senior citizens preferred
