A global distribution company is seeking an Inventory Accountant to join their Accounting Team. The ideal candidate will have a BS in Accounting and experience with Inventory accounting. This hybrid position offers 3 days in the office and a salary range of $110-120K for the Sr. Inventory Accountant role.

responsibilities:

• Perform the accounting transactions related to all inventory cycles, including Inventory Transfers, Receiving Inventory, recording vendor bills and Inventory Adjustments.

• Review Bill of Materials for accuracy

• Review inventory pricing

• Inventory reconciliations

• Research and resolve discrepancies.

• Month end reconciliation of Inventory related GL accounts

• Develop Inventory reports as needed

qualifications:

• BS in Accounting/Finance

• 5+ years of general ledger experience

• Prior experience with Inventory in a manufacturing/distribution environment

• Advanced Excel skills
