Lead Cyber Technical Manager - IN

The Lead Cyber Technology Manager develops, implements, enforces and monitors security controls to protect the organization's technology assets from intentional or inadvertent modification, disclosure or destruction.

Key Responsibilities and Duties

  • Under minimal supervision, this job is responsible for complex designing, testing and implementing of the organization's systems, networks and databases.

  • This job is considered a subject matter expert in the field of Cyber Security and serves as a manager, mentor and resource for select Cyber tools and technologies

A Dev Sec OPS Leader, candidate will work to enable organization to enhance secure development practices, through an understanding of security best practices and industry security requirements, help application teams to design, develop and manage a mature security infrastructure leveraging Cloud and Cloud Native technologies. The DevSecOps Lead will also support the security champions initiative for promoting DevSecOps culture in the organisation.

Required Qualifications:

• MUST have at least 3-5 year of experience helping customers make decisions to achieve complex security outcomes in at least one major cloud provider. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or closely related field or equivalent practical experience.

• Strong comprehension of security services working hands on, and programming experience in one of the following: Java, C++ or Python.

• Technical understanding of management implementations for identity like MFA, 2SV, SAML, OAuth.

• Direct experience implementing serverless and containerized workload security best practices for Kubernetes clusters, GKE, EKS, AKS platforms

• Experience building immutable infrastructure-as-code solutions using tools like Terraform, Ansible, Chef, Puppet, Salt, and Packer.

• Experience implementing DevSecOps pipelines for infra, applications, data, providing cloud security guardrails with tools such as Deployment Manager, Terraform, OPA, Versatile scanning tools and other technologies.

• Experience in management and definition of security in the software development lifecycle (SDLC)

• Working knowledge of Waterfall, Agile and primarily DevOps development methodologies

• Experience with Automation in testing or orchestration Selenium, Maven, Ant, Msbuild, Npm, Yarn, Jenkins, Team City, etc…

• Knowledge of conducting security checks (static and dynamic code analysis, vulnerability analysis in applications and penetration tests, security component analysis)

• Understanding or virtualization and container technologies (Docker, Kubernetes, OpenShift, …)., Knowledge of Securing APIs and Knowledge of security in micro-services is beneficial
