5Proficient with Autodesk AutoCAD, SAP, CMMS, and Microsoft Office.

6Install new equipment according to customer requirements, and perform initial testing and optimization procedures to ensure correct and efficient operation.

7 Required Knowledge :- ASM Pick & place , head maintenance, Feeder maintenance, SPI Maintenance, Reflow process & it's maintenance, YJ Link Conveyor, laser marking , AOI, Single pin insertion , Hot functional test & deplaning.

Able to maintain the High MTBF & Less MTTR Target.

8 Responsible for process maintenance of SMT line, Operation and Preventive Maintenance of SMT related machines. Planning predictive & preventive maintenance schedules for various equipment to increase Machine uptime & equipment reliability.

9Coordinate with other equipment technicians to improve integration of multiple systems within large buildings.

10Assist with apprenticeship program by mentoring new technicians and providing constructive feedback to improve quality of work.

11Responded to customer repair requests for individual machines and entire plant equipment systems in a timely manner.

12Tested malfunctioning equipment using diagnostic tools to isolate problem areas and create repair plan.

13Completed repairs, upgrades, and routine maintenance procedures according to customer needs and standard maintenance schedules.

14Earned excellent feedback from customers including high marks for efficient work and courteous manner.
