You’ll break new ground by:

• Together with our team, you are customer key contact for dedicated IT services provided for governance units in Germany (Siemens HQ).

• You will work in international, agile, self-organized teams.

• You will do service management and sometimes also application management on a technical layer.

• Analyze the future business needs together with specialists and come back to the customer with possible future IT solutions.

• In collaboration with our internal team or external partners, you (let) implement, configure and maintain dedicated IT solutions.

• The existing special IT landscape for governance units must be continuously improved.

• You ensure IT system compliance (e.g. in regards to quality, information security, FDAand data privacy regulation).

You’re excited to build on your existing expertise, including :

• You finished a master degree or a bachelor’s degree in business informatics, Computer science or related fields with first professional experience.

• Motivated and ambitious in learning new technologies and domains.

• Service management and application management expertise.

• Strong digitalization background (e. g. in automation, AI, make value out of data).

• Technical skills with respect to In premise solution with Java, SQl, Tomcat etc.

• Knowledge of Cloud technologies and should also have worked in Migration projects( On prem solutions to Cloud).

• Should have an understanding of SaaS solutions.

• Experience in requirements engineering, IT solution design and implementation combined with a strong customer orientation.

• Expert in IT processes like Incidents, changes, problem management, service requests etc.

• Teamwork and communication skills to effectively collaborate with internal teams and internal customers.

• Very good English skills are necessary for our international work environment, German is a plus but not required.
