Keurig Dr Pepper Senior Manager, DSD Customer Service in Providence, Rhode Island

Job Overview The Sr Manager, DSD Customer Service will serve as the central point of contact for DSD NRS retail service management. This position will identify, create, and deliver best practice processes throughout DSD related to in-stock and service. This position will lead high impact process improvement initiatives. This is a highly visible role with significant exposure to senior leadership on a regular basis. Ideal candidates will have demonstrated leadership skills, held various business roles, think strategically across a broad range of topics, and be motivated to drive change. This position can be based in Frisco TX or remote POSITION ACCOUNTABILITIES: + Act as Central point of connection to our NRS team. + Drive improved In-stock levels, while managing cost to serve through frequency and service. + Structure service principles, including guardrails for the field. + Leveraging customer data and our internal data to establish optimal performance. + Development and manage customer service metrics and performance. + Analytical / technical ability to leverage internal and external data sets. + Lead key special projects for KDP’s Direct Store Delivery organization in sales, and merchandising spaces with ownership from project inception through definition, execution, and closeout. + Collaborate with champions, including the Senior Vice President, to deliver value to the business. + Develop and Maintain Relationships – within the KDP network + Sr Manager’s success will come from people and process; developing and maintaining the right relationships and using a collaborative approach will insure overall success + Drive Culture Change – Drive fact-based decision making throughout the organization + Duties will include project management, delivery of value through improved processes, leadership and support of projects. + Will need to utilize system skills (data pull and analysis) frequently. + Ability to travel a MINIMUM of 25% within the US and North America is an expectation of this job Ensure high performance results of your team by: + Fostering a culture of trust and wellbeing that prioritizes the team and values employee contributions + Driving a shared vision with clear goals and accountability, supported by regular conversations to maximize talent + Embracing diverse perspectives to foster innovation, learning from both successes and failures + Establishing a safe environment where team members are motivated, heard, and aligned with clear expectations Total Rewards + Salary Range: $109,000 - $130,000 / year. + Actual placement within the compensation range may vary depending on experience, skills, and other factors + Benefits, subject to election and eligibility: Medical, Dental, Vision, Disability, Paid Time Off (including paid parental leave, vacation, and sick time), 401k with company match, Tuition Reimbursement, and Mileage Reimbursement + Annual bonus based on performance and eligibility Requirements + Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college/university and/or 5 years’ work experience in working with chain customers - either locally or at HQ level. + Working knowledge of Sales and Sales Operations in DSD . + Ability to work and influence up and across the organization to drive national initiatives. + Strong project management experience in cross functional environments + Ability to travel for a full week at a time and up to 50% as needed for a project + Ability to effectively use Microsoft office suite of tools (EXCEL, Word, and Power Point) Company Overview Keurig Dr Pepper (NASDAQ: KDP) is a modern beverage company with a bold vision built to deliver growth and opportunity.
