Morris Machinery, LLC Mechanic in Prosperity, Pennsylvania
We are seeking a Mechanic for a diverse range of equipment to join our team. We are looking to fill multiple positions. On the job training will be provided as long as the candidate has a strong work ethic and a willingness to work. The ideal candidate should be familiar with diesel engines; small engines in both mowers and side by sides; have experience with power tools, mechanical and electrical knowledge; and the ability to read schematics. This person will also be responsible for assembling various components to construct finished products.
Possible Duties:
- Diagnose and repair small engines in mowers such as zero turns, stand on units, and some older mowers.
- Diagnose and repair diesel engines and hydraulics in tractors.
- Diagnose and repair small engines in side by sides.
- Perform routine service to mowers and side by sides.
- Perform routine service to tractors.
- Assemble parts and components to build finished products.
- Use hand tools and power tools to complete repairs and assembly tasks.
- Follow assembly instructions and blueprints accurately.
- Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy.
- Troubleshoot any issues that may arise during the repair or assembly process.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.

Pay: $16.00 - $22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
