Job Description A major generic drug manufacturer is currently seeking to strengthen their cybersecurity program in North America. This company primarily focuses on the production and distribution of affordable generic prescription drugs. This position is a one-year contract with the possibility of permanent employment, based in Princeton, NJ. The work schedule operates on a hybrid model, with two days working from home.

The selected candidate for this role will collaborate closely with the infrastructure team and assume responsibility for leading cybersecurity initiatives. The company recently hired a network engineer, but they now require someone who can assess existing vulnerabilities and proactively mitigate potential risks. A solid understanding of firewalls, ports, and associated risks is necessary. The role primarily revolves around typical blue team responsibilities, including incident response, vulnerability management, and EDR (Endpoint Detection and Response).

Contract Duration: 6 – 12 Month contract to hire Required Skills & Experience

• Previous experience within infrastructure and/or network

• Basic understanding of firewalls

• Vulnerability management

• Basic knowledge of security measures and policy

Desired Skills & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience

• Previous work in a networking environment

• Relevant security certs
