Job Description:

Traffic Dispatcher

Sunday-Thursday

12:00pm-8:30pm

Working in our fast paced distribution facility, this Traffic Clerk will be responsible for the creation and dispatching of daily routes and assigning backhauls for Ace Fleet Drivers, and responding to retailers while meeting Ace performance standards. This position will be responsible for daily and weekly required reporting, maintenance of driver files, driver payroll duties, and all other Traffic related administrative duties as assigned. This position will also serve as a point of contact for Ace Drivers.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum of high school diploma required, some college preferred

• Minimum of 2 years administrative and or customer service experience in an office setting Preferred

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills required

• Superb problem solving skills with ability to interact with customers and follow through quickly with problem resolution

• Excellent computer skills. Prefer experience with DOT Hours of Service Regulations, SAP, QUALCOMM, Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook

• Previous dispatching or multi-line phone experience preferred
