What You Will Do:

The Value Stream Sr Manager is responsible for, orchestrating, development and implementation of value stream targets for Self Care Supply Chain EMEA, in collaboration with End-to-End (E2E) Supply Chain including Value Stream Leaders, EM Make, Site Leaders, Quality and with cross-functional partners of commercial, finance, R&D, Regulatory & MS&T.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a robust process to continually support new value maximization opportunities for SelfCare Business in the EMEA region. In this context, Identify & implement value stream improvement opportunities through E2E collaboration programs & supply chain cost management initiatives for Self Care (All Need States).

• Collaborating with the Business leader & Franchise Finance to develop Franchise GP Roadmap with clear building blocks to enable 3 year GP Sufficiency vs Strat plan targets.

• Track the delivery of cost savings and margin enhancements to the region each month and provide regular leadership updates on performance versus plan ( both in year & pipeline in 3YOP horizon).

• Track the investments (capital and expense) required to deliver the targets and ensure that the budget guardrails are being adhered to by the various initiatives.

• Build a culture of “Accelerated Execution” and “10X thinking” within the EMEA Self Care Operations.

• This position may require up to 25% travel based on business needs.

Qualifications

What We Are Looking For:

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required (engineering, supply chain, or relevant field).

• Experience in a Self Care or pharma industry is a must : thorough knowledge of the consumer healthcare industry or relevant experience in pharmaceutical industry and strong E2E supply chain knowledge with demonstrated ability to think strategically and deliver results.

• A minimum of 10 years of diverse experience across different areas of the Supply Chain . Previous experience in procurement of API, raw materials and/ or EM’s is highly preferred.

• Proven track record of value generation in supply chain is a must.

• Experience in Project and Portfolio Management or a strategic role is an asset. Proven knowledge with portfolio management at a franchise / business unit level.

• Ability to manage interrelated projects and identify appropriate methods to collect and analyze a diverse set of data and understand supply chain issues to develop appropriate solutions based on the findings.

• Demonstrated experience managing ambiguity and white space required.

• Strong business and financial acumen with demonstrated analytical skills including understanding of financial principles and how to leverage this knowledge.

• Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to act as a change agent and adapt to changing business and organizational dynamics is required.

• Leadership experience with collaborating, networking and influencing in a matrix organization.
