What You Will Do:

The Site Delivery Lead is accountable for delivering and supporting local infrastructure services such as deskside support, end user requests, and personal computing services. They execute strategies to ensure agreed-upon service levels are met, partnering with the Technology Services (TS) organization and/or vendors to ensure high-quality, efficient, and cost-effective service delivery. Acting as the on-site point of contact, they collaborate with on-site resources, TS Shared Services, and/or Business Unit IT partners to resolve local service issues and ensure compliance with standard operating procedures.

  • Lead site projects focusing on quality, timelines, and budget. Collaborate with cross-functional teams for successful project outcomes and provide regular status updates to stakeholders and leadership

  • Deliver and support local personal computing services, desk-side support, end-user requests, and related infrastructure services

  • Ensure in-scope local infrastructure services adhere to current policies and approved OLAs/SLAs. Ensure overall site operations align with corporate, Technical Services, and local site/Operating Company standard operating procedures through the use of Site Metrics, Compliance Checks, and Reports

  • Ensure local/site end user computing assets are standardized and secure. Align with Technology Services goals and objectives, recommend process improvements, and propose cost-saving solutions leveraging insights from top responsibilities

  • Execute required tasks for local, regional, and/or global projects and activities undertaken by Technical Services. Act as the on-site point of contact, incident, and service request escalation contact for End User Services partners, Tech, and business clients as appropriate

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive End User Training and Adoption of Critical Technology services / End User Services Programs and services

  • Ensure in-scope local infrastructure services are delivered per current standards and approved OLAs/SLAs

  • Ensure that overall site operations are in good health and in compliance with all NCHC corporate, TS Shared Services, and local site /Operating Company’s standard operating procedures and processes using Site Metrics, Compliance Checks and Reports

  • Ensure local / site end user computing assets are Standard and Secure

  • Implement required tasks for local, regional and/or global projects and activities undertaken by TS in support of its mission as opportunities arise

  • Act as TS on-site Point of Contact as well as incident and service request escalation contact for IT Shared Services partners, Business Unit IT (BU IT) partners and business clients as appropriate

Qualifications

What We Are Looking For:

Required Qualifications

  • 2-3 years of experience in delivering IT infrastructure services

  • Bachelor degree in IT or equivalent

  • Strong organizational and communication skills

  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment

  • Excellent customer service skills and demonstrated ability to interact with anticipated audiences in a courteous, service-oriented manner

  • Technical knowledge and experience with Microsoft products, audio-video equipment, network and infrastructure services

  • Experience in end-user services, customer experience (CX), user experience (UX), or specialization in IT End User Support / Desktop Management Environment related area

  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

  • Demonstrates ability to innovate and explain IT concepts to non-IT stakeholders and be a good team player with a proven ability to partner across diverse audiences to influence decisions that improve the user experience
