Description

The aim of this role is to accelerate procedural adoption by advancing physicians’ capabilities and skills via market appropriate professional education events and drive consistency in standards of learning in the various ProfEd events held for / by our customers. It is also established to ensure flawless execution of ProfEd events at local, national or regional level to extend the clinical knowledge and surgical skills of health care professionals and to find market opportunities for Healthcare Education.

• Strategic ProfED planning, development, preparing ProfEd offering in order to address needs for DePuy Synthes in Czech Republic, Slovakia and Hungary

• Managing, assuring organization and execution of plans on a country (sometimes regional) level based on marketing and overall CEE ProfED Strategies

• Leading, coordinating and managing the organization of ProfED events in close collaboration with PR&O colleague

• Ensuring ProfEd activities are carried out in strict compliance with applicable laws and regulations to healthcare industry

• Close collaboration with marketing and business managers to ensure the content of the event mirrors the key messaging requested by marketing as well as ideal faculty selection, resulting in delivery of desired messaging

• Communicating of ProfEd calendar to Sales Force and maintaining the planned activities vs. actuals

• Establishing close contact with selected, specified national / local training centers and KOL’s

• Collaboration with selected, specified surgical KOL’s and responsibility for building new COE or acquiring new faculty whereas appropriate

• Field presence – maintain external partnership, lead hospital contracting process and on-site presence at ProfED events

• Effectively, proactively and successfully partner with regional internal teams and regional working environment (EMEA ProfED, HCCO, legal, finance and other ProfED CEE teams)

• Budget allocation, tracking and monitoring and constant update of Dashboards

• Analyzing data from the system and providing metrics to track ProfEd performance

• Encouraging innovative and digital approaches for ProfEd events

• Constant self- excellence in anatomy, procedures and products of given specialties and selected soft skills

• Contribute to Professional Education PR and continuously strive to strengthening of the position of Professional Education as a strategic partner

Qualifications

• University degree – minimum Bachelor degree

• Excellent English – spoken and written

• Good Computer Literacy

• Product / procedural knowledge of healthcare system

• Excellent organization skills (proven track record of organizational support in multinational environment)

• Ability to travel locally and internationally (driving license B)

• High level of ethical standards
