Job Description
Play an active part within brand teams and identify opportunities to work collaboratively with cross-functional colleagues to deliver on brand objectives
Customise technical data into simple compelling messages in the format required and appropriate for local stakeholders
Define Value Propositions, stakeholder needs, local environment and Brand priorities
Provide training of analysis, access tools, evidence, processes and communicate the value propositions to brand teams
Monitor changes and competitive situation in the environment in order to anticipate risks and opportunities for Market access
Understand stakeholder needs and requirements for demonstrating value
Develop integrated access strategies incl. pricing and HTA strategies
Cooperate on preparation of P&R submissions
Highlight the cross-functional impacts of anticipated changes in the access environment to the brand teams in order to further enrich the Brand Team’s anticipation of the future.
Identify opportunities and collaborate cross-functionally to engage in partnerships with stakeholders
Analyze, customize and transform pharmacoeconomic and clinical data into simple compelling messages for payers, regulators, providers and budget holders
Qualifications
University degree
3-4 years working in pharmaceutical industry or within healthcare payer/provider or academic institution
Fluent English
Knowledge of pharmaco-economic principles
Knowledge of established cost-containment measures
Knowledge of Czech healthcare system and policy
Ability to manage cross functional projects
Additional Information
Collect and analyze all appropriate data related to Market Access strategies
Develop integrated access strategies
Communicate with Market access stakeholders in area of rational pharmacotherapy
Collaborate with cross-functional colleagues to deliver brand objectives
Cooperate with Area to identify further requirements for Value reinforcement
Share payer insights, anticipate payer changes, unmet needs and propose access strategies
