HR Coordinator

En ACJV by Marriott estamos buscando un HR Coordinator que quiera formar parte de un departamento de RRHH en la central de Pozuelo de Alarcón

¿Que esperamos de ti?

• Gestionar la selección de personal de los hoteles asignados

• Actualizar y crear las descripciones de los perfiles

• Establecer una política de prácticas y asistir a ferias de empleo y prácticas

• Colaborar en la ejecución de planes de formación (Impartir formaciones a través de webinars o onsite, Onboarding…)

• Colaboración y ejecución en las diferentes áreas de RRHH para la creación y actualización de procedimientos

• Colaborar en la elaboración de planes de desarrollo

Conocimientos:

• Estudios en Turismo, Hotelería, ADE, Psicología, Sociología etc

• Nivel profesional inglés (> B1)

Requisitos:

• Estudios en Turismo, Hotelería, ADE, Psicología, Sociología etc

• Nivel profesional inglés (> B1)

• 2-3 año de experiencia
