Primary Purpose: OurAccounts Payable Specialistworks in a team environment as a part of the Finance Shared Services Department! You will process electronic vendor invoices that come in throughout the day from our vendors. This position has a significant amount of data entry with the primary responsibility of receiving, processing and issuing payment for vendor invoices. What You'll Do: Responsible for high volume daily input of invoices through electronic invoicing platform for our Expense & Freight Team Research and resolve problem invoices and prepare them for processing. Identifies and communicates unresolved discrepancies (as directed) to AP Manager, including Time-Outs and non-responses from other departments and locations. Processing debit memos through prescribed invoice process Processes rush invoices from Vendor Contact Center Collaborates with field and internal customers to resolve various issues that may arise with the invoices What You'll Need: Bachelors or Associates degree preferred but not required; one to two years experience in AP/business/finance/accounting strongly preferred. High proficiency with MS Office Suite, especially Outlook, SAP experience a plus Ability to prioritize and handle incoming work while meeting fluid deadlines Able to easily provide excellent customer service to both internal & external team members Strong work ethic and initiative Highly adaptable, self-motivated with a desire for continuous learning and improvement Meticulous attention to detail Where You'll Work: Hybrid schedule.
