Job Title – Lead Designer
Our client in Portland is looking to add an experienced Interior Designer to add to their established team. Responsibilities include specifications of commercial office furniture and systems products within design, space planning and layout.

Job Description
Partnering with designers, sales and end clients on design projects
Provide mentoring to junior team members
Develop space and furniture plans, renderings, design decks, install drawings and material / finish selections
Coordinate and implement detailed space plans
Consult with sales team on the layout, design and space planning of furniture specifications
Lead client presentations and studio tours
Conduct site surveys and field measures
Experience with product knowledge, furniture design and furniture specification software
Requirements
5+ years commercial furniture experience
Interior Design degree
CAP, AutoCAD, CET and similar software experience
Commercial contract furniture experience required
