Description

Michigan's leading financial services company is looking for a full time CSA to work directly for one of our financial advisors. Responsibilities include processing client paperwork, preparing reports for client meetings, maintaining electronic files, and assisting the advisor with other daily administrative tasks.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, offering exceptional service and support.

• Assist financial advisors in managing client relationships and delivering personalized financial solutions.

• Coordinate client meetings, prepare materials, and ensure all documentation is accurate and up-to-date.

• Respond to client inquiries promptly and professionally, addressing their needs and concerns effectively.

• Manage client accounts and transactions with precision and attention to detail.

• Collaborate with internal teams to facilitate client requests and resolve issues promptly.

• Maintain confidentiality and compliance with regulatory requirements.

• Contribute to the overall success of the firm by providing outstanding service and support to clients and colleagues.

  Requirements

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, economics, or a related field.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong organizational abilities with keen attention to detail.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and financial software applications preferred.

• Prior experience in wealth management or financial services is a plus.
