The Wholesale team works with our customers one-on-one, developing professional relationships based on trust and care.

GENERAL FUNCTION

The Rep Orders Coordinator processes all incoming orders from the One Sales Suite digital platform for all traditional channel sales consultants. The team processes all manual billing requests as well and personal prescription orders as needed. In addition, they are also responsible for supporting our centralized labs with dedicated, manual order entry as needed. The Re Orders team is required to follow a strict set of guidelines to ensure that our promotions, dating terms and discounts are being properly applied and accurate to the best of their capability.

MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Works directly in SAP daily to retrieve failed One Sales Suite orders in the IDOC Staging Area

  • Quickly able to become IDOC subject matter expert; familiar with all failure errors and how to resolve

  • Distributes and coordinates incoming orders to corresponding internal team members for processing

  • Reviews all orders; performs needful tasks, alerts the sales team of order processing

  • Manages issues with orders and works directly with the internal and sales team for issue resolution

  • Handles all larger backorder cancellation for various teams only for traditional channel orders

  • Works directly with internal teams on orders with text blocks requiring additional support/updates prior to shipping

  • Communicates with centralized labs for manual order entry on behalf of their ECP orders

  • Liaises with credit department as needed and distributes new account order information

  • Receives and enters all personal and free frame prescription orders

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related field

  • 2+ years related work experience

  • Strong PC skills; proficient in Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint, Internet

  • Must be experienced in excel- beginner to intermediate

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Must work well in a team setting and collaborate well with others

  • Attention to detail and accuracy

  • Takes initiative

  • Innovative thinking

  • Strong interpersonal skills; ability to work well with all levels of internal leadership and staff

  • Places a high priority on responsiveness

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field

  • Advanced SAP Skills

  • Past experience with order entry, prescription knowledge, order management

​Pay Range: 25.36 - 39.89

Employee pay is determined by multiple factors, including geography, experience, qualifications, skills and local minimum wage requirements. In addition, you may also be offered a competitive bonus and/or commission plan, which complements a first-class total rewards package.
