Drive the efficient operation and management of the warehouse on a daily basis, responsible for all processes of warehouse operation, which mainly includes 3 major operational areas and 8 operational segments, namely inbound area (receive, check and put away), storage area (store), and outbound area (pick, add value, pack and ship); Improve the operational performance of warehouse through multi-dimensional warehouse management optimization (layout, people, equipment, material flow and KPIs etc.); Guided by customer and market needs, improve internal and external information sharing, and promote continuous improvement of warehouses to ensure customer satisfaction.

Degree in SCM, Economics, Engineering, Operations, Business (university / university of applied science)

• Several years professional experience in warehousing management, especially DC warehouse

• Experience in transporation management and other SCM functions

• Experience in the area manufacturing, operations, purchasing and/or sales

• Management experience in the areas of Logistics Operations (good knowledge of 3PL markets/contracts)

• Solid SAP know-how

▪ English skills

▪ Project management experience in major SCM projects

▪ Implementing & Optimize highly efficient DC/WH/Logistic processes & related IT systems

▪ Experience in data analytics and reporting on a global scale
