Trinity Health Registered Nurse (RN) - Medical Intermediate Stepdown Unit in Pontiac, Michigan

Part-Time position scheduled 24 hours per week on the Night Shift / 7 p.m. to 7:30 a.m., every-third weekend and holiday commitment.

4 South is a 36-bed medical intermediate/step down unit that cares for adult and geriatric populations of patients who have a multitude of medical diagnoses. We specialize in peritoneal dialysis and respiratory illness. Other common patient diagnosis include, but are not limited to, Heart Failure, Non ST Elevation MI, End Stage Renal Disease, Sepsis, COPD, and Respiratory Failure. 4 south is a telemetry monitored unit. We also offer virtual nursing and camera monitoring in all rooms.

REQUIRED EDUCATION / LICENSURE

  • Requires current Michigan Nursing License – Graduate Nurses invited to apply.

  • Graduation from accredited nursing program

  • BSN degree preferred or must agree in writing to obtain a BSN within five years
